RDC data from 149 proteins (300 more soon).
There are links to the complete data set and a list of all the pdb IDs. The data file also shows the location of the directory in the database. Matlab scripts are available for an analysis upon request. A convenient way to get all of the pdb information from the Protein Data Bank is to use getpdb('pdbname'). Gordon Chalmers: chalmg@rpi.edu.
